I was born an raised in Newark, N.J. My siblings have fond memories of projects we grew up in and have become successful adults. I saw Brick City via Netflix and am very impressed w/ 9 Strong Women. I want to support the Newark branch financially and want to visit the organization; I have the means to do so. Please e-mail me. This is not a joke. I visit New Jersery regularly, so please contact me so that arrangements can be made.

I have to say i feel very proud that someone seen this young lady (Jayda), and took a chance/ time to really see that something was/is there for our young people! Being raised in trenton i know all the deterrents that can sidetrack anyone male or female, I happened upon Brick City by channel surfing and have become hooked.... and it was because i saw this young lady trying to do something... that cared about our "young ladies" you knew she had to be different, because she crossed the line with rival gangmember, this couple could be the key to bringing our people back together... to try to put a positive light on being a gangmember, where they work together and given a chance thats all they really need is a chance.... if Jayda can get these young ladies to love themselves they can definately get a brother to love them AND respect them, therefore respect themselves AND others and go after dreams and missons legally!!!!!! I am so hopeful for our people... And I just want to say KUDOS andcongratulations to Nine Strong Women organization, i hope it continued success!!!!!! and as in the comment Jayda's husband said NINE sTRONG wOMEN COMING to a HOOD near You does motivate a lot of people!!!!! God Bless !!!!!!!!
